I worked all odd jobs in Canada for the first 5 years. Then I got into Real Estate and did some building work in Edmonton, Toronto , Winnipeg. In the year 2017, I moved to Fleetwood area of Surrey Bc and realized a market for an Immigration company. We opened our doors in July 2017 and today we have experts in the team. I am just a seasoned LMIA expert with extensive experience navigating Canada's complex labor market landscape. With 7 years of expertise in immigration business, I specialize in guiding employers through the LMIA process, ensuring compliance and successful hiring of foreign talent. My key expertise are with Job Market Research and Analysis ,Recruitment Strategies and Planning, Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIAs) for the employers, and helping clients with Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFWP) , International Mobility Program (IMP) I'm dedicated to helping Canadian employers navigate the complexities of LMIA applications, ensuring they can attract and retain top talent from around the world. As a company director , I oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity. Managing budget , finances and resources of the company while implementing client retention strategies is my call of duty and I love what I do.
